Nice plants, some delays

I bought a Monstera Deliciosa and a bag of potting soil. The plant itself was beautiful, very lush and larger than I expected for the price. The packaging was top-notch, protected everything well during transit. However, my order took 6 days to ship out, which added to the overall delivery time. Customer service was polite when I inquired, but they didn't really offer an explanation for the delay. Once it shipped, delivery was quick. Overall, I'd likely buy again for the plant quality, but hope shipping is faster next time.

Decent plant, slow shipping

I ordered a Fiddle Leaf Fig from Plantology. It arrived in good condition, well-packaged, and the soil was still moist. It took about 8 days to reach me in Arizona, which felt a bit long, but the plant itself was healthy. The ceramic pot I got with it was nice quality too, a good weight and finish.

Good deal, worth it

I was looking for a new Pothos and saw Plantology had a sale. Got 15% off and free shipping since my order was over $50. The plant was really healthy when it got here. Felt like a solid purchase, definitely saved some money compared to other places I checked.

Is Plantology legit? Like, are their rare plants actually rare or just overpriced regular ones?

N Nick Whitfield 1 month ago
They're totally legit, been around for a bit. They definitely have some actual rare stuff, not just common plants re-labelled.

Yeah they're real. I got a variegated plant from them that was hard to find elsewhere and it was exactly as described.

Are Plantology's plants actually healthy when they arrive? Seen some horror stories from other online places.

S Steve Q. 3 weeks ago
Yeah, I've ordered a few times and they've always been good. They have some kind of guarantee if it arrives trashed.

My monstera was perfect when it got here. They pack them really carefully, like a little plant burrito lol. If there's an issue they're pretty good about returns too.

Hey guys, thinking of ordering a Fiddle Leaf Fig from Plantology. How long does shipping usually take to California?

C Colin 1 month ago
Mine got to SoCal in about 5 days, was packed really well too. Live plants take a bit longer but they tell you the tracking.

L Laura 1 month ago
i think it depends on where in cali, but usually like 4-7 business days for me in norcal. they have tracking numbers so you can watch it.

Anyone know if Plantology has good Black Friday deals? Should I wait to buy a grow light?

R Rosa G. 1 month ago
They usually do! I got a pretty sweet deal on a kit last BF. Definitely worth waiting if you can.

yeah they have sales for all the major holidays like black friday and cyber monday, so probably. i'd hold off if you can wait a bit.

Thinking of getting a bunch of stuff but wondering about returns. What's their policy if something isn't right or I just change my mind?

R Ryan Hughes 1 month ago
Returns were easy for me when I had a damaged pot. They just ask for a pic.

I returned a planter once, you just gotta contact them. For plants, I think it's mostly if it's damaged or unhealthy on arrival, not really for buyer's remorse, but check their site for the specifics.

Just signed up for their newsletter, got a 10% code. Does that stack with the free shipping over $50?

R Ryan Patel 1 month ago
Nah, usually only one promo per order from them. Tried to combine a different one last month and it didn't work.

Most places don't let you stack, and Plantology is one of them. You'll probably have to pick which one gives you the better deal.
